This handy Tubing Extractor tool can be used effectively to remove earmould tubing from an earmould, it is especially good for tubing that has been glued in place or is stuck.

We recommend you replace earmould tubing approximately every 6 months, or if the tubing becomes discoloured or hard, doing so will keep the sound quality good and will make the hearing aid more comfortable to wear. It is used simply by inserting the tool into the sound outlet end of the earmould and twisting it clockwise a few times., the tubing can then be pulled out from the other side.
