Some of our devices are custom made to fit your ears. To make sure your product fits your ears perfectly, you will need impressions taken. Don’t worry, it’s not scary, it doesn’t hurt and it’s really straightforward. Best of all, it will mean you’ll have the best fitting product money can buy!

How long does the process take?
The ear impression procedure usually takes around 10/15 minutes at your hearing specialist appointment.
What if I'm outside the UK?
We have specialist retailers all over the world! You can simply visit your local hearing professional and get your ear impressions. Make sure that you request your impressions as: “meatal length must be to the second bend with a fully filled concha”. You then can post these to our office in Rochester.
